Lakpa Sherpa is a Purpose-Driven Leader and Social Entrepreneur who is passionate about sparking Social Change and making positive impact for the people who are most in need.

He has worked in the Not for Profit sector for years. He has been in different leadership position, worked as advisor to local government and has lead several community development project in most innovative, solution oriented, integrated and in sustainable way which have lead to making significant difference in many needy communities and people’s lives.

Knowing the need and importance of life’s most basic needs, quality health, education, clean water and relief support program in the remotest part of Nepal, Lakpa formed a core team of passionate, innovative, committed and inspirational individuals and established Action for Nepal.

The organization set out a mission to bring access to quality health, education and clean drinking water in the most needy remote communities of Nepal. With the help from the multiple international donors and supporters, Action for Nepal raised millions and funded several health, education, clean water and relief projects in three different districts of Nepal benefiting thousands of people.
