Surina Gurung is the Principal of Galaxy Public School, one of the leading and highly reputed school in Nepal since 1986. Prior to joining Galaxy School she worked in different NGO and INGO’s. Having worked with different development organization has given her a good background of development work in Nepal. She believes in social responsibility, participation and sharing as these factors are the key to the essence of sustainable development. Presently she is more inclined towards the Education development in Nepal. Surina received her Masters in Environmental Management from the Pokhara University.
